Passing Notes is a website I created using Socket.io and a Node.js server. The idea behind the website was to use WebSockets to create an experience shared by every visitor to the website.

Visitors to the website are able to play notes using a slider on their device screen, which are then projected to each device connected to the webpage. This creates an interesting atmosphere when a room full of people interact with the site on their personal devices, and creates a shared music experience across long distances when visitors to the site are not together.
